Maldives diving holidays in Hudhuranfushi, North Male Atoll

Arrived at Male International airport, a representative of the Adaaran Prestige ocean villa and Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi waits for you with a sign at your name. The pier is just 100 meters away from the airport arrival, and a speed boat is waiting. Time to to board all the passengers, and en route for a 1H00 cruising on a flat sea. On the way to the resort, enjoy the very particular "landscape" of this country made with Islands essentially.

You are welcome to change your schedule if you advise the dive staff 24H00 ahead, and of course, this is subject to availability.

The Maldives diving center offers 1 tank dive in the morning and 1 tank dive in afternoon.

Arrival day: pick up at Male airport. Then en route to your hotel, 30 minutes ahead.

Arriving at the resort is always very pleasant. You are warmly welcome by a smiling staff; around are only coconut trees and turquoise-blue water. Relax and enjoy, you are in paradise. A welcome cocktail is served while you proceed to your check in.

Dive schedule :

8.30 am. Appointment at the dive center. Check in, try the dive gear, have a drink, and meet the staff.

Take a minute to review the diving day trips schedule with the dive center manager.

9.00 am. The boat leaves to the dive sites, the trip doesn't take more than 30 minutes. Before the dives, the dive staff makes a briefing to explain you the main attractions of the site. Drinking water and fruits are provided on board.

11.00 am: back to Hudhuranfushi. Time to fill the log books and to rinse the dive gear .

13.30 pm. Appointment at the dive center. Check in, try the dive gear, have a drink, and meet the staff.

14.00 pm. The boat leaves to the dive sites, the trip doesn't take more than 30 minutes. Before the dives, the dive staff makes a briefing to explain you the main attractions of the site. Drinking water and fruits are provided on board.

16.00 am: back to Hudhuranfushi. Time to fill the log books and to rinse the dive gear.

Please note that there is always a charge for the boat trip in the Maldives. It goes to the boat crew a a tip. Indeed, they carry your tank and your dive gear, and the more they work, the more they get paid. Charge for boat dives (1 trip = 13 US$; 6 trips = 62 US$; 10 trips = 103 US$). House reef shuttle 10 US$.

The day before the last day: remember that divers should let between 18H00 and 24H00 before their last dive and their flight. And indeed, it's a rule in the Maldives; no dives 24H00 before the flight. If you dive today, your flight tomorrow should not be before 15.30 pm.

Last day : check out from your hotel between 10.00 am and 11.00 am. On our side, we communicate your flight details to the resort, so that they can organize your airport transportation. We will come back to you 48H00 after your reservation in order to ask your flight details.
