Do I get refund if I can't make the trip ?
1.Postponing conditions with dive packages, hotel rooms, excluding liveaboards
1-1. If the customer wishes to postpone the dive package rather than to cancel it, Fun Dives Travel will keep the customer's payment during 365 calendar days, beginning on the day Fun Dives Travel receives the customer's demand to postpone the dive package. 3. Cancellation by Fun Dives Travel.
3-1. Fun Dives Travel can cancel a dive package if there are not enough participants. In that case, Fun Dives Travel will refund the customer at 100%.

3-3. Fun Dives Travel can cancel a dive package for the following reasons: the customer has a behavior that goes against local beliefs, or against local religion or against local culture. 4. General conditions
4.1. If the customer is not present at the dive boat departure, the dive course or the ferry departure, no refund and no postponing will be possible.
4.2.The customer agree to respect safety standards given by the dive facility he / she is diving with, and be in good physical conditions for the practice of scuba diving.
4.3. The minimum required dive certification required is PADI open water diver or CMAS one star or equivalent to be eligible to a dive package other than a dive course.

4.5.The customer agree to stop diving at least 24H00 before taking a flight.
4.6. Organization of the dives and the safety on the dive boat is the responsibility of the dive staff and the captain of the dive boat. The customers agree not to hold Fun Dives Travel LTD responsible for the number of dives or / and for any change in the dive schedule.
4.7. The dive staff can prevent the customer from diving if the customer fails respecting the dive safety rules, or if the customer does not show a proof of minimum required dive certification. 4.11. The customers agree not to hold Fun Dives Travel LTD responsible for any scuba diving accidents or other accidents that could happen during a sojourn sold by Fun Dives Travel LTD
4.12. Are defined as " customers" "customer" and "clients" the persons whose names appear on the vouchers and the flight tickets.
